Brickhouse Smokery Beef Jerky, a small family business with a huge presence!

Our children are 4th generation meat makers...and they have been working with us in our shop since they were very young.

We have a storefront location in Spruce Grove, Alberta with 10 full time staff...one of whom is our 20 year old son who is our only sausage and pepperoni maker.

Our beef jerky is so different than the usual products that you will see lining the shelves of the gas stations and grocery stores. It is fresh, soft chew, hand made, and smoked every single day (and it must be kept refrigerated).

The family recipe that we season our jerky with...we have been told...is highly addictive. Customers are always complaining "We ate the last piece in the bag before we even got home!"

More importantly than how our jerky sets us apart from our competitors, is our hands-on commitment to our community through our 12 Days of Giving that we do every year at Christmas time.

Besides striving for a great product and excellent customer service, giving is how we will serve our community.
