THE EXHIBITOR KIT WILL BE FULLY UPDATED 6-8 WEEKS BEFORE THE SHOW.
The Exhibitor Kit will not be printed or mailed to you. We're reducing our paper trail by sending out our information by email or posting items on our website. Follow our step by step instructions below to assure you have a well organized, successful show.

We have been made aware that companies claiming to be affiliated with Marketplace Events LLC, such as but not limited to: International Fairs Directory, Event-Fair (formerly Expo-Guide & FAIR Guide), Exhibition Housing Services and Micro Media Techno Zone - are reaching out to our exhibitors offering sponsorship items in exchange for (exhibiting) company information and/or banking/credit card information. These companies do not have any business relationship with Marketplace Events LLC, nor have we given them authorization to use our Show names or Show-related information.

2023 ERS Show Checklist
|Exhibitor Badge Order Form||All Exhibitors need to display their badge on show days to gain admittance to the show floor.Replacements are $10 each if badge is lost or left in booth.||January 16, 2023|

If you plan on shipping any materials to the show , please ensure all pieces have a shipping label on them.
All exhibitors need to display their badge on show days to gain admittance to the show floor.
Exhibitors are given the minimum number of badges allotted to their booth automatically (see chart below) with no form needing to be filled out. If the number of badges needed for your staff doesn't exceed the amount shown below, then simply have your staff check in at the Hall C Show office during or before the show to receive their badge.
Please note that badges do not display exhibitor or company names on them but have space to insert your business card.

Each additional 100 square feet gets an additional 2 badges.
If you need more than the number of badges allotted to your booth, then please fill out the Extra Badge Order Form before January 16, 2023 and we will have them ready for you at check in.
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR BADGES IN YOUR BOOTH as you need them to gain access to the show floor. Replacement badges are $10 each if lost, left at home, left in booth, a dog ate them etc.

Displays containing soil, mulch or similar materials must use a fire retardant protective coating such as plastic to protect the floor and all facility equipment. Please note that additional cleaning charges may apply.*SIGNAGE & BANNER HANGING*
Any signs/objects over 20 lbs. must be pre-approved by ShowTECH.
EXHIBITOR GUEST TICKETS
Order your exhibitor guest tickets (VIP tickets) at a discounted rate to give to friends, family, current customers, prospective customers or whoever you wish. To place an order, please fill out the Exhibitor Ticket Order Form then scan and email to Sarah.
Proof of trade show insurance is mandatory for our shows. Coverage dates must include Move In and Move Out. We require a copy of your policy sent to Sarah to keep on file before January 16, 2023.

EXHIBITOR MOVE-IN AND MOVE-OUT

Sunday, January 29, 7:00PM - 10PM
Monday, January 30, 8AM - 12PM
Individuals under the age of fifteen are prohibited to be on the show floor, or back of house areas during Move In, Move Out, or while heavy machinery is operating.

- Pre-purchase your parking pass through Edmonton EXPO Centre and Showpass HERE. The event parking pass is $14 per event day with pre-purchase ONLY.
Exhibitor Parking passes will be sold onsite during move-in at the 79 st booth. All Show Management Staff, Exhibitors, Deliveries, etc. enter the grounds via 79th Street. **Cash is NOT accepted for parking services**
Note: Exhibitors MUST park in the West Lot or in the Angled Exhibitor Parking behind the halls - subject to availability. Please see below map for location.
- Exhibitors MUST enter through the 79 St. & Borden Park Road entrance via 112th Ave.
Parking Pass MUST be scanned upon both entry & exit.
Parking Pass MUST be displayed and clearly visible on front dash at all times.
Can exhibitors purchase parking passes onsite?
Exhibitors can purchase an event parking pass at the 79 Street entrance during move in only.
Exhibitors who have not purchased a pass during move in will need to pull a ticket and pay the daily $15 guest rate which does not include in/out privileges.
What happens if an exhibitor enters through a public entrance?
Exhibitors are welcome to enter through the public guest entrances (116 Ave North, 116 Ave South and 73 Street) but will be required to pull a ticket and pay the $15 per day guest rate which does not include in/out privileges. Please click here for our parking map.
What payment types are accepted?
We will have credit/debit payment options available at every pay station inside the Edmonton EXPO Centre as well as at the exit gate. For Guest Parking Lots - There will be one pay station that will accept cash transactions located beside the Hall F Show Office. Please see the attached map for all pay station locations throughout the Edmonton EXPO Centre.
Overnight and Parking Trailers?
No overnight parking in the angled parking spots. Vehicles will be towed. Trailer parking has been moved to the south east lot. NO longer at the giant slide area.

Each year, the Edmonton Renovation Show awards five exhibitors, each in a different category, for standing out from their competition and peers. The categories for the booth awards are listed below, accompanied by the criteria our panel of judges look for when selecting the winning booth and company. We value all of the hard work our exhibitors put in to create their displays and design their spaces and award those who go above and beyond to put their best foot forward.
